Loved the place, had a fairly nice stay on holidays. All the staff were thoughtful, amicable. Overall it was neat and modern on the desk in the bedroom. It was nice to find a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges.

During my xmas holidays, I stayed in a hotel that had good Wi-Fi connection and was located near a lot of restaurants and stores which made it easy to find food and other things I needed. The room had a TV and a nice view of the city. The best part was that the room was fairly large and had a comfortable bed which made for a good night's sleep.

The hotel room had a strange smell and the walls were thin which made it hard to sleep as I could hear loud noises from people in the hallway and the adjacent rooms. the bathroom was small and the toilet did not flush properly.

The hotel is in a great location, close to a buzzing university area with many restaurants and shops nearby. You can take a lovely walk by the lake and enjoy the local cafes. the rooms are clean and have essential kitchen utensils. the staff is friendly and helpful in accommodating guests' requests.

The hotel could improve their maintenance as the elevator and refrigerator have malfunctions.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who want to be close to restaurants and shops, but away from the main areas of the city. It’s also located close to the lake and has great walking tracks nearby. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the spacious and secure parking. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Chancellor Lakeside. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the balcony overlooking the ponds was lovely. The secure parking was a bonus, and the location was convenient with shops and lakeside walks nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was also conveniently situated near a beautiful lake and a scenic walking path. The service was top-notch, with amenities such as dry cleaning and laundry facilities, ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The room had a spacious dining table and a well-equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and dryer. We appreciated the attention to detail, with complimentary toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor dining area and rooftop pool were perfect spots to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site facilities, including a fitness center and a golf course, were excellent. we highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
